Synopsis

Isabel’s friend, Joyce, implores Walter to uncover the men responsible for her father's death – a man deeply devoted to the races. Through a combination of keen observation and an uncanny ability to read horses, Walter begins to piece together a network of connections. He discovers links to an inheritance Joyce was due to receive from her father, and to a group of enigmatic figures at the track whom Walter suspects played a role in his demise.
