Synopsis

Following the apprehension of his son, who had skipped bail, by Officer Colt, a drug dealer now holds Jody and others captive in a hospital, demanding a ransom of one million dollars. The dealer suffered a loss of two hundred and fifty thousand dollars as a result of his son's capture.
