Synopsis

Following the operative's brutal attack, which left only a handful of survivors at the marine biology research facility, McCall and his team find themselves compelled to collaborate with Colton Fisk. Their investigation reveals a disturbing link between the killings and a clandestine CIA program in which Fisk had previously played a role.
