Synopsis

McCall assists Bert Singer, a mob accountant, in a desperate search across the city for a missing ledger—the crucial evidence he needs to gain entry into the Federal Witness Protection Program. Meanwhile, Mel wrestles with the difficult task of informing her closest friend, who had offered years of solace after Harry's supposed death, that Harry is very much alive.
