Maxine’s adventures continue as she travels through time to the Wild West, teaming up with a Native American cavalryman portrayed by Denzel Washington, in what turns out to be a very strange situation. Their trip involves battling numerous violent antagonists, including bizarre characters such as a murderous couple of Native American origin, an Indian slayer with a British accent, a ruthless cannibalistic gunslinger, and a peculiar witch living in a house constructed from human scalps. To be honest, the film is not good. It’s so over-the-top that it's unintentionally funny, and I suspect that in two decades people will view it as a source of ironic amusement—a prime example of 2020s camp, similar to how we now look back at the worst movies starring Chuck Norris, but with a female lead. The movie is awful and seems overly concerned with social commentary, however, if you can appreciate it in an ironic way, it’s quite entertaining. Therefore, I'm giving it four stars and suggesting that people check it out.
