Synopsis

Following a significant breach in which a key Tal operative escaped CIA custody, Shepherd returns to Langley to assist in the pursuit of the fugitive. There, he and Keaton uncover evidence that the CIA has deliberately withheld crucial information regarding Tal's activities. Consequently, they undertake covert surveillance of the agency itself, seeking to ascertain the full extent of its knowledge.
