Synopsis

Following the explosion in Jersey City, the Cointel team apprehended Sam Fathi, a key planner who possessed the knowledge to lead them to Tal, the bombing's architect. When Fathi proved resistant to interrogation, Shepherd persuaded Keaton to secure a former Egyptian intelligence officer's cooperation. This spurred an immediate mission: to prevent the detonation of a second bomb.
