Synopsis

Ellen regarded Dot’s new companion with apprehension, her mother’s past entanglements with unsuitable men casting a long shadow. She attempted to find fault with Joe, yet discovered a genuine liking for him – at least until a startling piece of information she unearthed compelled her to share it with her mother. Simultaneously, Ellen embarked on a quest throughout Clark for a satisfactory cup of coffee, ultimately discovering one in the most unexpected of locations.
