Synopsis

Larry’s newest novel is appearing in England, yet his siblings show little enthusiasm. His mother is preoccupied with preparing goods for the market, and even his efforts at boasting in the local pub go unheeded. Louisa tries to lift his spirits by arranging a public reading. Meanwhile, Leslie overhears Pavlos explaining to Margo the process of distilling liquor from kumquats and resolves to start his own brewing business, though his sister disapproves of acquiring the monk’s recipe.
