This South Korean series proves diverting, though it isn't without flaws. The Devil’s Judge finds a way to make legal proceedings engaging through action sequences, fresh ideas, and diverse narratives. A central storyline also exists, revolving around the idea of whether good and evil are simply matters of perception. I mentioned earlier that this series wasn’t flawless, and my primary concern involves what I consider an intrusive element of misogyny. References to punishments like castration and flogging for men, for instance, feel unnecessarily harsh. Ultimately, it's fairly enjoyable, offering a range of stories and a captivating underlying plot. However, the storytelling occasionally feels prejudiced.
