Synopsis

Jay’s performance reviews have been consistently poor, and the threat of termination looms large, leaving him deeply disheartened. A shift occurs when he encounters Alice and her daughter, Penny. Alice offers insightful suggestions for improving his program, and her counsel proves effective. Jay finds himself eager to connect with Alice further, only to discover she is in a relationship—one she seems determined to end, yet finds herself unable to leave.
