Synopsis

Marty’s disappointment after the field day was palpable. He felt utterly deflated. Seeing his friend’s low spirits, Jay attempted to lift his confidence by sparking an interest in guitar and persuading him to participate in the school talent show. Simultaneously, *Them* Magazine had lauded Jay as "the wittiest man alive." This accolade prompted Duke to offer a $100 reward to anyone who failed to laugh at Jay’s performance, a proposition that was met with considerable disapproval.
