The show really fell apart towards its conclusion. The initial idea felt pretty far-fetched, though still engaging enough to hold my attention. Throughout the story, this organization tasked with overseeing other intelligence groups apparently employed an operative—someone they were aware had been compromised—to draw out those scheming to dismantle their clandestine agency. It was intriguing at first, but the show lacked significant emotional moments that would have made me invested in the characters' actions; instead, it attempted to create a complex narrative by piling on unnecessary layers of deception that ultimately felt pointless and frustrating. To make matters worse, they reveal the main villain early on, only for his explanation of why he turned bad to be profoundly disappointing. The characters were largely underdeveloped, making their fates feel inconsequential, yet inexplicably, they kept surviving despite this. The series proved to be an unnecessary drain on data usage.
