Synopsis

Rallo and his companions, Bernard and Theodore, took the stage at the school talent show, ready to deliver their rap about fiscal responsibility. The performance, however, fell flat with their classmates. Elsewhere, Cleveland found himself with a cable-access television show, but the critical response was lukewarm. He decided to study the most popular daytime talk shows aimed at women, hoping to glean some insight.
