Synopsis

With Luca's treatment faltering, Thony is confronted by a devastating blow and compelled to act independently. When a prospective donor declines to help, she seeks out Arman, who escalates the matter in pursuit of a resolution. Simultaneously, Garrett makes a perilous request of Thony, drawing her further into a realm of moral compromise.
