Synopsis

Following the shooting of five individuals in Lincoln Park, the mayor publicly directed blame towards Colvin, citing insufficient police action. In an effort to improve her public standing, Colvin assigned Wysocki and Evers to the investigation. Simultaneously, Isaac and Vonda were tasked with reviewing a dormant case involving domestic abuse.
