Synopsis

The sudden death of a fellow officer ignited a fierce resolve in Teresa and Jarek: they would ensure justice for the fallen. Meanwhile, Alderman Gibbons offered condolences to the officer's family, subtly sowing discord by hinting at culpability within the Chicago Police Department. As officers across the city responded with a surge of vengeance, Jarek and Caleb pursued some of Liam’s earlier clues. Elsewhere, Vonda and Isaac received promotions, joining the organized-crime task force.
