Synopsis

The challenge, dubbed "Balls Out," demanded the swift sale of a stationary bicycle engineered to inflate a ping pong ball within a tube and maintain its position. Simultaneously, participants had to withstand a barrage of water thrown by the opposing team, aimed at dislodging the ball. The victor of this endeavor was crowned a Real World Aztec Lifesaver.
