Synopsis

In Dominion, Doc Terror endeavors to transform his dog Brutus into a cyborg; however, a critical error interrupts the process, leaving the animal with augmented strength but incomplete mechanization. Recognizing this potential, Terror designs the Encephalocaster, a device capable of controlling animals and granting them similar cybernetic enhancements. He then employs it on Skyvault and, with Lucy’s assistance, seizes control of the space station. From there, he extends the device's reach to dom
