A man presenting himself as the late General Harding gained access to security records pertaining to Colonel Chuck Bates, Crystal Kane’s former fiancé who vanished five years prior in a rocket explosion. This information was then relayed to Doc Terror. It transpired that Harding was a holographic projection, and Terror subsequently fabricated a hologram of Bates himself, intending to draw Crystal out.
