Synopsis

Bedtime Bear managed to tug the cloudy blanket away from the telescope’s lens, allowing the Care Bears a clearer view. Hearing the boys boast about their homemade car, a pair of girls with pigtails often found themselves teased. With the Care Bears' assistance, the girls constructed a car from a crate and adorned it with vibrant color. This prompted the boys to threaten cheating at the raceway.
