Synopsis

Old friend Gregor Molotov has arrived in town, but his visit is far from cordial. He seeks the one who possesses the cape, and The Cape—Vince—must shield the traveling performers who took him under their wing. Vince’s wife, Dana, returns to her work after a period of mourning, and witnesses the pervasive corruption within Palm City's public defender's office. She also uncovers evidence of witnesses to Vince's disappearance.
