Synopsis

Ark Corporation seeks to privatize prisons, a move that will be fiercely opposed by The Cape. With Chess and his new accomplice, Chef, targeting Secretary of the Bureau of Prisons, Patrick Portman, The Cape intervenes, narrowly escaping a perilous confrontation. Orwell, Max Malini, and the circus troupe unite to aid The Cape's recovery and safeguard Portman. This episode aired on the same day as the preceding installment.
