Inside Driscoll's Toy Store, Peter’s gaze drifted upward just as a section of shelving began to give way. Acting instinctively, he shoved a small girl clear of the impending collapse. The event quickly drew the attention of the press, and Peter found himself hailed as a hero. Yet, the newfound acclaim seemed to inflate his ego, much to the irritation of his friends and siblings alike.
