Synopsis

Uncle Ruckus had long held Jimmy Rebel in high regard. The popular country singer, a caricature of the infamous Johnny Reb, a.k.a. Pee Wee Trahan, profoundly influenced him. Eventually, Ruckus began sending recordings of his own hateful songs to Jimmy. The situation took a turn when Jimmy himself appeared on Ruckus’ doorstep, presenting a considerable dilemma. Uncle Ruckus' reputation as a staunch bigot thus collided with the inconvenient truth of his own African ancestry.
