Synopsis

Progress has been made on the challenge apartment, with five of its rooms now finished. The judges will determine which team holds the edge for the auction. The winning team will receive twenty thousand dollars deducted from their reserve price; the second-place team, fifteen thousand dollars; and the third, ten thousand dollars.
