Synopsis

The mother’s hospitalization unleashes a cascade of unsettling actions. Her son breaks into her home, taking what money he can find, while her daughter systematically empties the house of its possessions. Garfield and Marshall are compelled to reconsider their judgment of a young offender who had formed a close bond with the woman and to whom she had left her property.
