Synopsis

The streetlights cast long shadows as she walked, the late hour lending a prickle of unease to her steps. A feeling of being watched settled upon her, the sense of a young man’s presence at her heels. Overwhelmed by a sudden fear, she turned, and in a desperate act, brought the nozzle of her oven cleaner to his face. Was it an act of self-preservation, or a deliberate assault?
