Synopsis

Tosh is investigating the firebombing of an Asian-owned shop. Meanwhile, Dave and Cathy are looking into a case of alleged shoplifting involving an Asian woman. Cathy suspects deeper issues at play; her husband has developed a gambling problem. The investigation draws Dave and Sergeant Boyden into the world of the gambling den.
