Synopsis

Burnside engaged a fellow passenger in conversation regarding a shipment. Woods and Carver watched the delivery, and a CID team subsequently raided the location. The packages contained bricks and automotive components, not the stolen merchandise anticipated. Burnside then approached a promotions board, only to be overlooked.
