Synopsis

A hunt for crack cocaine is underway. A man is involved in a struggle with another, alleging that a portion of the drug was planted on him. Tony learns the man, a former boxer, resides across the street from the crack den, prompting the CID to inquire if the location could serve as a base for an operation.
