Synopsis

P.C. Smollett endeavors to provide assistance to those affected by criminal acts. A woman, her husband incarcerated and her livelihood dependent on a guesthouse, repeatedly reports a trespasser. Smollett offers her comfort, yet P.C. Garfield believes his efforts are futile.
