Synopsis

Brownlow returned from a conference with the idea of launching an anti-stress program. The city was shaken by a stabbing, and Young and Marshall were assigned to the case. Young tracked down a suspect, who claimed he’d been cheated out of goods. Meanwhile, Cathy and Barry pursued a group of young men who had been pilfering bags in the market.
