Synopsis

Cathy is serving as acting sergeant with the C relief unit. She observes one of the relief officers depart in an unmarked police car, the officer conspicuously without his tunic – a detail Smollett had previously noted. She attempts to resolve a matter independently, without the support of the C relief inspector. Sergeant Cryer presents Brownlow with the arrest statistics for the C relief division.
