Synopsis

Tosh and Jim observed a junkyard, its landscape littered with the remnants of discarded vehicles. A car, clearly stolen, was being driven into the yard – a vehicle pilfered from the owner of a local youth center. Tosh considered the scene, a frown creasing his brow. He suspected an elaborate insurance fraud, a scheme involving cars vanishing only to be falsely reported as stolen.
