Synopsis

Reid assumes command of a collaborative surveillance effort. The tenant they are monitoring, fueled by alcohol, requests that Burnside and Martella vacate the premises. Shortly after, he assaults his wife. Emerging onto the street after the incident, he is apprehended by Burnside.
