Synopsis

Tosh’s vehicle was impounded. He took a bus and encountered a man rumored to have perished five years prior. Burnside dismissed the encounter as an elaborate hoax. After being observed by Norika, the man walked into the river, this time with no pretense. Carver arrived with a vehicle constructed from the chassis of three others.
