Synopsis

Reg assists a man in towing his vehicle. Soon after, the owner returns, voicing a complaint regarding the service. Later, Reg encounters another towing operation. Lines engages a man in conversation about welding his car to pass its MOT. He appears troubled by Reed's disapproval and seems to be arranging a transaction involving the delivery of a car across the English Channel.
