Synopsis

The night watchman at the building site voiced his frustration over the illegal dumping plaguing the property. Loxton produced a video from his bag. Meanwhile, Roach and Lines investigated the owner of a van, discovering it had been used in a burglary. At the police college, Brownlow, Conway, and Greig attended a meeting on principles of policing. Greig achieved the highest marks. Meadows was also present, along with other officers. Brownlow considered the entire session a fruitless expenditure.
