Synopsis

Sergeant Peters conducts roll call. Cathy assumes the duties of sergeant in his absence. A report reaches Sergeant Peters requesting he investigate a disturbance caused by an unusual odor. The source of the smell is a body. Tony is walking along the riverbank when he witnesses youths pushing a child into the water; the same youths who had robbed the child's mother. Nearby, Steve is passing a yard and observes a truck hijacking. He is struck by the getaway vehicles as they speed away.
