Synopsis

As squatters are being evicted, Quinnan, Marshall, and Monroe observe the scene. A member of the group lashes out at the bailiff with a sword, apparently unable to endure the prospect of another lodging. Monroe suspects that Conway is unduly influenced by a councilor.
