Synopsis

Garfield and Stamp observe a car ablaze, and a man diligently working to extinguish the flames. The man, it is revealed, lives with HIV/AIDS, and George, concerned for proper protocol, contacts the Chief Medical Officer. This action results in an embarrassed Conway berating Cryer, who in turn rebukes George. Meanwhile, Cathy and Barry visit a residence adorned with pervasive graffiti bearing the word "AIDS."
