Synopsis

Cathy and Reg are called to an RTA involving a school bus full of children. The driver had spent the night at a party before his shift. One of the students recognizes his father on a wanted poster. Meanwhile, Dashwood investigates a report of a large animal – possibly a dog – that killed a cat. He speaks with a local animal enthusiast about his panther.
