Synopsis

Stamp and Stringer pursued a group of young Black men. Stringer managed to escape, but Stamp cornered one within a building. The young man insisted he was merely on his way to the fish shop. Brownlow inaugurated the mobile crime prevention unit. A commotion erupted at a subsequent meeting, stemming from Stamp's stop and search. Later, the unit itself was stolen.
