Synopsis

Burnside briefed his men on the planned raid. The informant, visibly frightened, expressed a desire to withdraw from the arrangement. When the raid commenced, the target was deserted. Afterward, Burnside sought out a former police officer incarcerated in a local prison and struck a bargain, one he held no intention of honoring.
