Synopsis

During an attempt to question a suspect, James Doyle, Detective Jim Carver is physically attacked. It is later discovered that Doyle is deaf. Carver, resolute in his initial assessment of Doyle as a villain, is convinced the suspect should not receive preferential treatment. Ultimately, however, Carver reconsiders his judgment, only to learn that James Doyle is an imposter, and his first instinct had been correct. [Source: jimsgirl]
