Synopsis

At the half-time break, Officer Bob made the arrest of a soccer player on charges of grievous bodily harm. Monroe intends to escort the player to the station following the conclusion of the game. The two team chairmen are working to contain the matter within the confines of the soccer federation. Garfield has sustained an injury.
