Synopsis

Tosh discussed his report with Conway, and later spoke with a woman about the attacks he had experienced, suspecting a possible connection between them. Burnside voiced his frustration over the lack of funding for observation. A couple then approached, lodging a complaint and, according to Tosh, cutting to the front of the line. They informed him they were considering contacting the newspaper. Meanwhile, Munroe spoke with Cathy about returning to their assigned patrol area.
