Synopsis

Greig, Carver, and Tosh apprehended a man on charges of burglary and drug possession. Burnside then recruited him as an informant, and Operation Middleman commenced. The apparent bust of a crack house seemed a contrived arrangement, benefiting both Burnside and those initially arrested. A palpable tension existed between Burnside and the D.I. of the Drugs Squad.
