Synopsis

Steve and Phil were dispatched to a disturbance. They arrived to find two men assaulting a vehicle. One of the assailants was identified as being from Birmingham. Roach suspected the men's actions might be connected to exhaust boxes. Burnside determined that Carver needed to relocate to the section house in order to avoid further infractions. His room was situated directly across the hall from Hollis.
